He specializes in negotiating complex transactions and disputes, with particular emphasis on multilateral agreements, and creating value for both buyers and suppliers. Expert in public procurement law, procurement, M&A and conflict management. He participated in contract negotiations and disputes with a total value of over $ 50 billion. He coordinates and co-creates organizational changes as well as the implementation of processes and tools increasing the effectiveness of B2B negotiations and communication.
